  • MD - Medical Doctor
  • DO - Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
  • ND - Naturopathic Physician
  • NP, ANP, ARNP, CRNP - Nurse Practitioner
  • PhD - Doctor of Philosophy
  • OMD - Doctor of Oriental Medicine
  • LAc - Licensed Acupuncturist
